MILMAN^© established in 1995 by a group of Technocrats is a major player in state-of-the-art Thin Film Equipment and Plasma Processes.

The main objective of the company is development of frontline technologies in the area of PVD / CVD Thin Films and manufacturing of finest quality equipment.

MILMAN has a large customer base in Scientific Research Laboratories, IIT’s, Universities, Institute of Technologies and Domestic and Global Industries.

Systems for R & D applications are custom-built around flexible universal platform that can be adapted to different mix of deposition technologies and facilities; while highly dedicated high throughput and rugged systems are designed for harsh industrial environments and applications.

MILMAN is committed to provide complete solutions in the field of PVD / CVD equipment’s and plasma based applications. This is achieved through strong backup of in-house Research coupled with specially developed vendors / suppliers’ base in the allied fields.

Experience in handling / designing state of the art plasma equipment like plasma CVD and Magnetron Sputtering.
Worked extensively on patterning of thin films using Photolithography and Reactive Ion Etching technique for application in Thin Film Devices

Dr. Mandar S.Ashtikar, Executive Director

Over 25 years of experience in machine building and process development in thin film coating industry
Extensive experience on State of the Art Thin Film Deposition Equipment including Electron Beam Evaporation, Sputtering and Plasma CVD.
Experience on Design of High and Ultra High Vacuum Equipment, Photolithography and Clean Room

Dr. Priyashree S. Bhave, VP (R&D and Production)

Over 20 years of experience in design and development of Physical Vapor Deposition Systems.
Worked extensively on development of process technology for thin film coatings for commercial applications.
Experience in working on radiation damage studies on various devices for space applications
Well acquainted with characterization techniques such as SEM, TEM, XRD etc
