SUNPERFECT - A state of the Art Solar Tracking System, is completely integrated system consisting of Advance Embedded Controller and Hydraulic Drive System.

SUNPERFECT provides a complete solution for continuous accurate positioning of Solar Panel with respect to Sun position

CONTROLLER AND DRIVE SYSTEM

SUNPERFECT - is an all inclusive assembly for Solar Tracking System. It integrates high precision Hydraulic Drive system with an advance Embedded Electronic Controller.

The Embedded controller is designed to incorporate a large range of features and is fully field upgradable. The Controller is interfacted with an inclinometer which provides collector position on absolute scale. RS 485 based Variable Frequence Drive interface ensures a minimum parasitic Loss and results in lower Power Consumption. The Embedded Controller can be custom interfaced with the Power Plant Automation and is fully programmable.

Additionally, analog inputs are provided for measuring Temperature and Wind velocity to provide necessary commands to Hydraulic Drive System.

Control Electronics is mounted in IP 65 Enclosure to ensure reliable operation in harsh Solar Field conditions.

Hydraulic Drive System consists of specially designed robust hydraulic cylinders and a highly engineered Hydraulic Power Pack mounted on prefabricated structure which can be directly deployed on the Solar Field
